Issue Position

Health care choices are a private matter between a person and their health care provider. Neither the State or Federal Governments have authority to interfere with a person's health care. I believe that the recent "Health Care Reform" legislation passed by Congress is void for violating the Constitution. I believe that Idaho should aggressively resist any attempt by the Federal Government to impose any of its provisions on Idahoans.
